We perform quality controls on metal hardware for bags, shoes, clothing and jewellery, as well as on the finished product, operating at manufacturer premises or directly at Brand sites.
TESTING are planned according to client specifications: percentage controls, AQL standards or definition of personalized merit classes.
The service is complemented by structured management of collected data, which translates into objective numerical indicators to support the Supply Chain. We provide detailed reports with meritocratic classification of suppliers and concrete tools for the evaluation of alternative partners, helping to make quality control a true strategic supply chain governance tool.
I used the IFELAB Laboratory analysis services to perform routine chemical/physical performance tests on produced metal accessories, as well as other panels of tests aimed at investigating potential defects in the accessories submitted to such investigations.
